One claim, two kinds of survival

Play Carter Li, a catastrophe claims actuary and a father. Decide which evidence survives, whose treatment stays authorised, and who pays for a changing climate.

T-402 concerns the Tana Valley’s water access. Jack’s medical treatment depends on Carter’s professional clearance. The opening case puts a family’s breathing space and a community’s future on the same screen.
